-Minced prawn dumplings ” Hakao “

-Shrimp Shumai

-Custard salted egg lava bun

Soup:

-Szechwuan soup or Fish maw soup with crab meat

-Hong Kong egg noodles with fried crab meat or

-Steamed snow fish fillet with chili and lemon sauce
